Scheduling a tour is simple. Visit rentdocksideapts.com and select your preferred touring option. You can choose the tour experience that best fits your schedule, based on current availability.

To apply online, visit rentdocksideapts.com, click See Pricing & Availability, select Availability, choose the apartment home you are interested in, and click Apply Now. From there, you can complete and submit your application online.

Applicants must provide valid proof of income as part of the application process. Documentation is processed through the Two Dots platform, and income documents must be uploaded in a format accepted by the system. If a rental verification form is submitted electronically, applicants must also provide a signed release of information before the form can be processed.

Applicants are screened based on the community’s qualification criteria. A credit score of 620 or higher is generally required, and household income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. When multiple adult applicants apply together, credit scores may be combined during screening. Income verification, rental history, and other screening factors may also be reviewed.

Move-in costs are determined based on screening results and the selected apartment home. The application fee is $50 per adult. Security deposits start at $300 and may increase up to $300 plus one month’s rent, depending on screening. Please contact the leasing office for a personalized move-in estimate.

Dockside Apartments offers lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months, subject to availability.

Monthly rent includes the apartment home only. Utilities, pet charges, parking upgrades, and other optional services may be billed separately.

Dockside Apartments does not currently include smart home features as part of the apartment package.
